to be a beautiful piece. There is variation in the glazes and those variations are
to be embraced and enjoyed. If you have specific requests around particular
glazes, we will do our best to accommodate, but offer no promises.
Therefor, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If damaged on arrival
please contact email@example.com with the subject line DAMAGE within
7 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item so that we may contact the
shipping company. We will do our best to ship a replacement for damaged
wares as soon as possible. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the USPS
or UPS directly with the shipping information.
